You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods for an exchange or refund. Once confirmed, you have 30 days to ship the goods back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Wholesale
All returns require a return authorization (RA) number issued by Customer Service and must reference an invoice number prior to approval. Discrepancies or packing errors must be reported within 24 hrs after receipt of shipment prior to decoration. Please email us at info@northernthreads.ca for instructions on how to proceed
A 15% restocking will apply to all returns and refused shipments. Returned goods must be shipped with the copy of the invoice along with the RA number clearly marked on the box. All returns must be shipped prepaid ground freight. We cannot accept return of goods that have been decorated, private labelled, and/or altered. Merchandise must be in original packaging with hang tags included (hang tag must not be altered).
Discounted Samples, Sample kits, promotional, and discontinued items are non-returnable. Claims for defective merchandise will be inspected for misuse and handled as per our guarantee policy. For third-party shipments, it is the responsibility of the invoiced customer to verify the contents of the order prior to decorating within 24 hrs of receiving the order. Northern Threads is not responsible for discrepancies on orders received by parties other than the invoiced customer.
Refund Confirmation
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card bill.
